Found a 175 poison damage + 17 life small charm, and I've been sitting on a perfect Guardian Angel for about 2 months now. Both are also for trade; I just have no idea where to value either.

the charm id say about a vex - ohm/sur/zod
and the perf ga idk about that i mean i dont really see it being used that commonly but it is still a good armor so id say about 2ist maybe more or less idk

Ga are the best for low level duel dins. I've sold a few thats around 190+ Ed for ist each. Perfect ga should be 2-3 Ist. Very hard to find a buyer though.
