BO/BC/Shout Barb

So I got this crazy idea to make a strictly BO/BC/Shout Barb on a 2nd account to let sit on my laptop while I play on my desktop just to boost any of my characters with a 30+ BO, as for gear I have most of it in the works, just asking if I'm missing anything when it comes to warcries and items with better BO +skills on them:

skills:
20 Shout
20 Battle Orders
and since hes never going more than a step from a town portal...
20 Battle Commands (for extra time between BO's)
whatever is left will probably go into iron skin/natural resists so he doesnt get hit by something and dies accidentally while BO'ing my other characters

stats:
str for gear, rest into vitality just to see how much health I can get

gear:

helm(4-6): Socketed +3 BO Barb Helm with Delirium (+2), if youre lucky you can get a +3 warcries/+3 BO magic helm

amulet(3): just a plain +3 warcries amulet

rings(2): probably cheaper BK wedding bands for a total of +2 more skills

weapons(6-8): two echoing weapons or a +3 CTA for the extra +1 all skills

armor(2): Myth Runewords: Hel + Amn + Nef, cheap +2 barb skills armor that I can put in almost anything with 3 sockets

belt(1): arachnid's mesh for another +1 skills

boots(0): not really anything I can think of for this specific build, probably something with a bonus to strength or mana (silkweave for 10% mana possibly)

gloves(0): most likely frostburns for the huge 40% more mana boost, since there arent any gloves that boost warcries

inventory(13): cheapest barb torch and anni I can get my hands on, and a full inventory of warcry charms

so this setup comes out to....

+32-35 Battle Orders, maxing at 52-55 BO
+29 All Warcries, giving a 49 Shout and Battle Command

this would give any character I would BO well over 10 minutes of godliness

i had such a barb which i used in just such a fashion (you will need 2x CD keys). his name was CallToAlm. i used to host "I BO U Baal-XX" runs. i'd BO some pub to run baal and my k/t'sin. i'd go whomp on Nihlathak in an 8-player game and get down to the throne by Bartuc (usually).

his hat was a +3BO, 3sox grey helm i put the Delerium runeword into for +5BO.

he was also handy in PK games.

yea I figured it wouldnt take too long to reroll a magic helm to get +3 warcries since barb helms only get like half the prefixes as every other item

but yea I have two cdkeys cause Ive been using my IK barb like this to BO my smiter for ubers since his gear isnt the greatest, and I started doing it at first on my sorc cause she sucked at first, but since I had the 2nd cdkey and could rush my own toons i figured id try this

just want to clarify: if u roll a helmet with the cube, the staff mods will be rerolled as well.
so rerolling a magic +3 BO helm will not necessarily give u another magic helmet with 3 BO and new affixes

damn. alright Ill start looking for a socketed helm with +3BO and try for a lore/delirium
