Templar Merc Gear Question

I need advice for my templar merc gears. I am thinking about taking barbarian merc with dual crescent moon. For lowering resists ( - 70 on total )

Any other advices would be great.

Crecent moon only lowers resists for the player (or merc in this case) using it. So only the merc would benefit from the lower resists, not you. The only way to get lower resists from a merc onto you is to equip them with infinity. Pus Spitter has a CTC Lower resist on it, but since it's a crossbow, it's not usable by mercs.
