it'd probably be better if it were 2% since the lightning break is 117 (iirc) but really 1%-4% is pretty much the same as 0%. most % less than 10% arent going to be helping you much in any case.

that is a pretty nice ammy regardless, just ignore the fcr% or lack thereof.

caster amus in 1.07 can´t spawn more than 1 fcr on the recipe side due to a bug, so u got a perfect roll

It's still much worse than Bloodraven's charge. Or Melody in a +3 bow.

nope. they can still be better; +5 on a rare, +6 on a magic. they could also be 3bow/2zon which would be better in some circumstances. in any case a harmony made in a +3 bow would be better than the above. some would say melody would be better as well.
