some crushing blow or LoH gloves, fortitute, Highlords wrath ammy might help. Also sword mastery should be at MAX. Angelics are useless without the ammy, are you swapping?

You don't need Dracs since feral rage gives you massive life leech. Use Laying of Hands or a blood craft to get some more CB, both will help kill Baal faster.

What charms are you using? You can load up on AR/life charms if you are having real problems hitting or you can pre-buff with enchant from Demon Limb.

Not sure how you are having AR problems though, my wolfbarb who doesn't use Angelics or Demon Limb has 11k+ AR plus Grief comes with ITD and -25 targets defence.

As for PIs, a Reapers Toll on your merc will break most.

Well if you can get STR, DEX and resistance(s) all the better. Laying of Hands will work well too though.

20% IAS isn't a must but will possibly let you maintain a 5 frame attack even when under decrepify or holy freeze.

I second the Reapers suggestion, but also give him Guillaume's Face since you're gonna struggle to get CB on yourself.

I've got no idea why'd you put a Cham in the SS instead of just Shaeling it. You can get your CBF from Raven plus up to 250 AR for free; wolfbarbs tend to have good AR already (without Angelics) and ideally you'd want to use Highlord's. Laying of Hands will make a big diff, but I guess you need the CB. I assume you're using Enigma for the MF; for general play imo Fort with WT and chancies seems like a better compromise.

In order to handle phys immunes I use Azurewrath off-hand permanently. Its Sanctuary aura (Lawbringer also has it) removes undead phys immunity, which is most of the PIs, but also increases your damage against undead in general. Decrip can handle the rest, although the only ones I regularly encounter are WSK witches and I don't find those worth my time so just run past them.

Wolves have great FHR breakpoints and mediocre blocking, plus with your leech and HP block is really not necessary. Just Shael the helm and get one of two FHR charms for a decent breakpoint.

Why swap helmets all of the time? Its just crazy to swap gear all of the time on a build. I would not recommend that at all. I believe the op said that he is suffering ar issues which is leading for him not having a high enough chance to hit bosses.

    To the op:
If you are suffering ar that badly I would suggest you to get lots of 36 scs if that is what you have to do. Or go with angelics ammy and angelics ring/20 dex raven.
