I couldn't join either. In that case, there's something more going on. Since you CAN mulitplay other games, you do have an external IP, and the most likely cause is that your router doesn't forward the ports I mentioned to your laptop/PC/whatever.

http://portforward.com/ is a decent resource for finding out how to forward a port with your router. Basically if you forward the ports I listed in both UDP and TCP, you should be fine. If it's not that, it's beyond the scope of my knowledge, sorry.

Yea, there's gotta be something wrong there as the routerconfig is unresponsive. Which is silly as the router is obviously working. Otherwise I wouldn't be typing this right now. -.-

If you're connecting through wireless, that might be the problem. Some routers are configured to only give access to control panel over the wire (by default), which makes sense if you think about it. Be sure to try both 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1. OK, that's all I've got.

Nah, I'm not wireless. Everything is just the way it was when I set the damn router up a few weeks ago. It configured just fine back then... But now? Nuh uh.

Anyway, would you like to host so you can watch me die today?

I haven't played Diablo multiplayer in a great many years, and this was a blast. Also, I just checked, and am also able to host, so feel free to poke me if you are desperately seeking a host.
