I disagree with that. On a physical damage character (or a character that can leech in any case), you have almost always 1.07 LoH to take care of fire, or at the very least 1.13 LoH for 50 FireRes, and almost always HLW for 35 LRes. Poison? Harder to come by and it is useful on quite a few occasions.
Cold resistance is useless, sure, but Poison is not. I personally value it higher than Fire Res at this point.
I'd take all of those rings with equalish value, but is that value high? Pretty much not so imo. Well I'm far from expert on generic pvm stuff, but...
I think that for HR value (Lo+ here) ring simply needs to have fcr. Even some physical hitters, actually most of them now (most = teleporting travincal barbs) use enigma. People that don't have enigma wouldn't be ready to pay such high price for ring anyway. Now fcr is best mod you can find on rings. It mostly won't work without it. Second mod for pvm would pretty much be MF, but only if it's high enough. Dual leech always seemed overrated by far in my eyes. So, after MF and fcr you need strictly offensive mods or strictly deffensive mods, depending on playstyle. Those rings are mixture of everything, but they don't do anything concrete.
Also I'm kinda shocked how mana bonus is undervalued. That's probably most wanted mod for me in pvm...
Thanks, kestegs. I'd preffer my marginal amount of ar and life/mana leech every single day in PvM over the marginal FR(CR, seriously? almost as neliglible as PR)/life/MF but that's the way I feel it, I suppose. Thanks a lot anyway .
I mostly agree with frozzzen here. The rings are all equalish, and all of them will never see use, imo. That doesn't mean they don't have a nice collection of mods, but dual leech rings is something I've never "gotten" (as I think I've mentioned in this thread before).
