Looks like a high rune to me I would pay an mal maybe an ist. It looks like a really good ring for a a barb or pala and I'd take it over a BKWB for this purpose. Just IMHO though I could be wrong

Jason, there haven't really been (m)any people besides me (and a guy called Bonesnap who's not around any more) who's traded for damage/AR/MF charms as far as I'm aware. It's worth a lot to me, probably not as much to most other people.
