In the guide it lists 8+MAX/++AR/ <20 life as Um+.

It has the maximum +MAX, and average +life. The AR is surely fairly irrelevant.

So, my guess is Um or 30PGems. A similar collection of 3 small charms with +3 MAX and +5 life would be about that too, i think (based on 10 PGems each).

Probably +9/10 MAX with +19/20 life would go higher. I am guessing that that would be like +3 MAX +6/7 life so mebbe 45PGems. Again using the 10-30 PGem range for those small charms.

Nope. Only build I can think to use it would be a ts/dt sin, which nobody plays and bartucs our another unique would probably be better.

I crafted a set of amulets to discover this wierd thing. Obviously the skill tab roll is useless and it lacks stats and resists, but is the fcr and mf roll enough to give it any value?

I don't rate the circlet with lightning skills, surely all light sorcs will use griffons? Cold sorcs use Nightwings for power, Shako for MF. That leaves Fire. Drizzy's is nice for fire sorc, but Resists aren't that crucial as PvP fire sorc will use ES.

I would say it is high rune material IF (big if these days) you can find a buyer.

Yeah ifs instead of lite skills it had sorc skills they would be very close.

Drizzy, it's a great circlet, too bad it didn't get 2os. If it did I'd steal it from you.

I doubt they'd be worth a lot. The Essences drop about one in ten runs, and plenty of people do Baal and Meph runs. I don't know if the smaller amount of people doing Andy/Diablo runs are enough to push the price back up... just my thoughts on the matter. I'd guess like 10 PGems max.
