Any idea what this might be worth? Auction material?
Code:Prefix 901 Grand Charm of Maiming Keep in Inventory to Gain Bonus Required Level: 37 Item Version: Expansion Item Level: 88 Fingerprint: 0x7b7bf4ea +129 to Attack Rating +18 to Maximum Damage
Auction material.
I'm trying to get a handle on the value of an Ohm rune. On the upper end it seems fair to call it half a Lo because I think more Ohms are cubed to Lo's than used for CTA's. How does it compare on the bottom end? I wouldn't think it's worth 2 Vex's, but is it worth Vex + Gul?
Somewhat related, I have Ohm + Gul + Gul and I want a Lo. I'm wondering if I'd be better off trading the 2 Gul's + [stuff] for another Ohm or attempting to trade all 3 + [stuff] for a Lo.
There isn't a consensus on the relative values of runes Lo and lower. I used to think that the standard *2 factor was still in place but recently I started to change my mind on the subject. I've seen some trades where this didn't seem to be the case and others disagreed with me.
For the sake of future discussion: I think we made a fundamental mistake when discussing the issue the last time. We were trying to set a factor that applies to all the runes Mal-Lo, somewhere around 1.5-1.75. There is no logical reason for this to be so. On BNet, it seems that other runes are valued in terms of Ists, and I may be partial to seeing the appeal of that. I guess part of the reason is that recently I've need like 10 Ists for various things, so I see it that way. Currently my personal view for runes Mal-Lo:
Code:Ist = 2.00 Mal Gul = 1.25-1.50 Ist Vex = 1.75-2.00 Gul Ohm = 1.50-1.75 Vex Lo = 1.75-2.00 Ohm

I would start with Mal = 2.00 Um since Um's are highly tradable also.
Yeah, but I'm really not sure if that holds. I don't know what to think of that one. Um has @15 in armor, @22 in shields (beating PDiamond by @3, but it's worth it IN 1.13c), and 25% OW in a weapon. It's an extremely useful rune for socketing. On top of that it's used in cube recipes, and in some runewords, too...
I think it could be between Um=Mal to 2Um=Mal, and I'm not sure which.
Continuing my 07 adventures, Would this thing be worth something? First picked it up to make some sort of armor for my merc and socketed it, IIRC this kind of armor have been sought after before? Or am I missing some stat or thing here? Need to be a high def Archon or so maybe? Some other stuff as well as my first attempts at crafting and cubing.

Anything of value in here or just junk with some funny, maybe useful in some way mods?Code:Insane all res? The Amulet is novelty value only I would say, no one is that desperate for resists for it to be sought after, I believe.
The MF ring, I could definitely see being quite valuable. It's not that it's amazing, and might not even be "great", but if even 10 people would consider it even a small upgrade over a 30% Nagel on their caster MF characters, I would think a few of them might want to try and get it, and when multiple people want something close-to-unique that's going to see a lot of use.. who knows what might happen. Ironically, I think it would be less interesting for melee MFers, as you're giving up 21 AR in addition to the 5 MF when comparing to Nagelring. If that AR prefix added more than 75, or was something else that's more useful, I'd probably be all over that for my Barbs.
The ring, I have no idea. I don't see any use for it, but with its novelty, and with some people valuing very different things when planning characters, I could potentially see someone wanting it. I'd say it's not super valuable, in any case.
The Full Plate Mail is really hurt by it being a heavy armor type. The primary use I see for it would be a lightning amazon who would stuff it with Facets, and didn't have/didn't want to use an Enigma. Running around with a heavy armor type isn't exactly optimal, but I imagine if someone was in the market for a character like that, it would still be worth it to them. Might want to look out for Ancient Armors when shopping, their armor type is only Medium. All in all, I would say it's a pretty cool and potentially useful/valuable item, but probably with very limited use, and therefore demand.
With only 3 useful mods, how valuable is this hat?
Code:Eagle Casque Tiara Defense: 90 Durability: 17 of 25 Required Level: 67 Item Version: 1.10+ Expansion Item Level: 88 Fingerprint: 0x3dd1895f +78% Enhanced Defense +3 to Minimum Damage Lightning Resist +23% Attacker Takes Damage of 7 +2 to Necromancer Skill Levels 20% Faster Cast Rate
Not very. These really need 2 sockets to be really valuable. Up to 30 PGems, I think. Although frozzzen's guide says Mal-Ist.
