OP yer still play on battle.net, tbh if you have /o igw on and password or level restrict your games you dont usualy have to much problems with bots (occationaly still need to squelch a bot or 2 thats sat in chat).
There are still people worth playing with even in open games, its just a case of ignoring the chat channel trolls long enough to find them.
Uh oh, now it's on like Donkey Kong up in this.
y.people play still so much, that bn is full of spam, lags etc.![]()
look at me, i played SP for nearly 10 years before trying online for the first time 2 weeks ago![]()
I play at battle.net for many years. But 95% of the time is in password games. So I play battle.net like a SP game![]()
Bots are spamming game names now, it's usually a colored single alphabet, annoying
Too bad a good online game has been ruined by all these bots, and still no measures from Blizzard. Don't blame them since it's old and free, but wished they would at least do something.
People are still definitely playing on B.net, but it is hard to catch decent public games. I started up again recently just to play on my free time and I've only played in a handful of decent public games.
Organizing playing groups through the player matchup forum on here wouldn't be a bad idea =\
There are enough people who keep complaining about the spam and bots and other crap that several playing groups could start up in each realm.
