    2 hours perm not need anymore?

    Is the 2 hours perm period gone? Seem new chars perm very fast a few days ago.

    It seems permed right after you create the char.

    strange no idea why it show like that in my computer

    EDIT:

    I fininally found out what happened. Someone change my computer year back to 2010.
