    Re: Pure summoner questions

Hmm, thanks MYK. I've debated how useful that blind is.

Huntermentalist IMO. For a budget build I'd do Shock Summoner though. It's extremely safe and allows you to ROFL your way through damn near ANY non boss situation.

    Re: Pure summoner questions

Shock Summoner is good on the cheap, has survivability and is fun. Huntermentalist I haven't tried but appears to be a fun build.

+ Skills Equipment and charms are important. I liked the suggestion of Naj's plate by crawlingdeadman. I've used that before and found it works. Some of the equipment I listed you could find and some might be harder to get your hands on - understood. But it's a build that has plenty of skill points left over to fill in the gaps. You might even be able to start with Aldurs Set (skills) and build yourself up to better equipment (especially a wep). Silence PB works. No matter what - you gotta use what you have on char in SP HC.

Deciding between the 2, I would still have to go with Shock Summoner because of Life, Stormshield, and Shockwave= defense in HC. ShockBear with a Griz will get bosses done. And yes Ravens do Blind the long range attacks against you - I always throw up all my summons with 4 Ravens Flyin and then go in ShockWave'n. Good discussion though - everbody's thoughts gave me a few good ideas. Good luck with your Dru.
