What clvl must I have to get the chance to find any item in the game? I mean e.g.: you can't find grandfather if you're level 75 because you can't find a collosus blade in the first place. So what level must you have to get the possibility to find anything? I'm 88 right now.

Character level has nothing to do with it. Drops are determined by monster level and number of players in the game, not character level.

The level of your character doesn't have any impact on drops, although you will of course have a hard time running hell with a low level character (unless you are a hammerdin ).

For a monster to be able to drop an item, the monster level must be equal or higher to the quality level of the item to be dropped, and the item must be in a treasury class that has been assigned to the monster.

What Noodle said. Character level only influences what items you can get from gambling, crafting and cubing, it has nothing to do with monster drops.
