Unknown Exception (e06d7363)

When I'm done in Act 1 and I want to to travel east.
First I get a error message:
Unhandled Exception: Access Violation (c0000005)

And when I press OK on that I get this:
Unhandled exception: Unknown Exception (e06d7363)

Dose anyone know what's wrong?

I soloved it.
If anyone else get this message:
Don't use -nosound when the cinimatics are about to play then the game crash.

I get the c000008 one, or whatever the numbers are, every once in a while (but still often enough to be annoying - a couple times a day). and less often than that, when i hit ok, i get the e06d7363 error. However, i do not use -nosound. Has this still been working for you?
