Would be neat if there were a sticky by one of the admins saying what needs to be done and the title would be updated with a date.
I'm winding down on a project I'm working on, letting it cool off a bit before I go in for the kill, and I absolutely hate having idle writing hands. Give me a quest!
I realize there is a lot to do, I just don't really know what that is.
Good time to catch up with everything since the Diablo realm is moving so very glacially slowly. I can't do coding or stuff like that but I can do content just fine.
that would be good. i don't have a big to-do list, though. I did back at blizzcon, but you and others helped out on skills and traits and such, and that got done nicely. Pages that need doing now, with blizzcon stuff are mostly incidental things. I just did all the damage types today, for instance. And the next few days I'll do the quests and monsters and dungeon levels, with the info I put into the pvm reports.
One page that's forever in arrears is the media coverage page. which would be easy if I just did it every week, but it gets left for months and then it's a chore to catch up, since I've forgotten what happened back then. I'll finish the blizzcon catch up; it's mostly there now, but earlier months will need a skim through the monthly archives, then all the bashiok posts and @Diablos other things of lasting importance get an entry. The formatting is easy; just look at existing entries for the code.

The major projects that need doing are in the d2 wiki. I haven't been in there for a while so my memory is imperfect, but one thing that's well overdue are individual pages for all the uniques. example.

I want a bottom of the page tab navigation box like we have for the skills/traits in the d3 wiki. It would probably be best if I actually created that, since they're tricky and time-consuming, but once it's live volunteers who could populate it.
That would require copying out the item info and image from the big table, sticking it on a new page with some attendant info, and the proper nav box code pasted in at the bottom. So basically I'd need to do the nav box and one page as a template, and then you guys could have at them to the best of your free time...?
One other thing that's perpetually in need of moar.

I'd like to have individual pages for most of those terms. That page should remain much as it is, aside from new additions, but most of them would be good to link to their own page, which could contain a bit more explanation, as needed.
Please be sure all such pages are put into the [[category:reference]] (and other cats, if applicable), and include a link back to the [[reference]] page as well.
There's no special formatting required. The pages are fairly short, in most cases. Examples:

Great idea
Well, I WAS working on the D2 unique pages...
Seriously, there's about 370 uniques in D2 (yes, I counted), and I got about 2/3's of them done before I kinda got burnt out on them. I will try to get the rest done before the beta starts, though.
I realize I haven't done much work on the wiki in the past 3 weeks, but I'm still here. I think the waiting is finally starting to wear me down. Also, I was offline for a couple of days both times we got a new announcement from Blizz, and you guys (and Elly) already had most of the work done before I got back.
Hopefully (fingers crossed) I'll be around next time Blizz makes an announcement.
EDIT:
Not sure what you're referring to here, Flux. We already have a very good D2 items navbox. Or were you talking about something else?I want a bottom of the page tab navigation box like we have for the skills/traits in the d3 wiki.
