A strange occurrence @ Chaos Sanctuary

So i'm doin CS as usual and reach the left seal and what do i see- the seals are opened and no boss or minion corpses are around?
Same thing with the top seal, it's opened, but there is no sign of boss or minions.

Last seal was closed and the Balrog minions spawned and Diablo spawned aswell.
The path to the 1st two seals was full of monsters.... there was a guy who joined my game(he left before i entered CS), but i hardly doubt he opened the seals without clearing the monsters around it.
Never have i seen something so odd in diablo2 b4, y it's a relatively buggy game, but this tops the bill for me.

the other person could have tele'd to the first 2 arms of chaos and killed the 2 boss groups

corpses stay for about 5-10 minutes, they would have poofed in the time it took for you to get there clearing everything

Hehe i guess the easiest explanation is usually the right one- I didn't know that bodies could poof LoL.

If it was a paladin (not to unlikely) then it is also likely that he may have used redemption to "clean up" the corpses. The blood splatter from dying fire enchanted bosses would stay, but as long as none spawn FE ...

This could explain it if the case was that you arrived shortly after him, but if you took long enough the corpses just timing out is as mentioned also a possibility.

Well the odd thing about the fact that, if it was that paladin, why didn't he clear the entire Chaos(area lvl 85) because according to the hypothesis, he went str8 for seals.
There were monsters between the first two seals afair. But then again, maybe he just doesn't know an important detail about CS.

The reason he left could be a simple one such as lag or a rl interruption.

As for clearing only seals and not the entire area, could be that he was past the level where they give worthwhile xp and just wanted diablo (solo in a game with more players = more xp, so sounds reasonable).

Either way it doesn't matter to much, we'll never know anyhow.

or he could have been getting his butt kicked there and alt+f4 out to avoid death penalties

again its unlikely, but anything is possible

Could've been his mom, "come to dinner you newb lolz" And he had to exit

And as for that not killing anything except the seal bosses. Maybe he just doesn't know that monsters in there can drop good stuff. Bnet is full of "funny" people, maybe he thinks Diablo is the one in CS that drops the goodies

I'm always amazed at what most people don't pick up in your average hell chaos/baal run.. white and blue items that could be worth more than any unique or rune.

While it's true that wand probably wont be a 6 bonespear/20fcr, or the claws won't be +3ls and other mods you'll never know till you pick them up XD

Getting back on topic.. the only logical thing I can think of is that he teled to the seals and left. Or maybe even ran, did the monsters seem to be grouped more heavily then usual in one area?
