Arreats vs. Guillis on BvC

I heard many people say that guillaumes face is better than arreats on a BvC. Now can anybody tell me whether that this is true or not? It seems to be rediculus to sacrafice ar and other mods over a crit mod and cb.

Vs high life oppenants giully is better than everything other than maybe 08 arreats but that's just my oppinion

I can't see why you'd ever want to use guillaume's. If you are fighting physical damage characters, you really need the dr of coa to be viable. If you are fighting spell casters, arreat's (09) is too good all around to pass up. By the way, I was a big fan of 08 arreat's before they totally nerfed the 15% opponent's def mod. I can't see why anyone would use it now.

Therein lies the problem with it on a BvC. They face low-life chars mostly.

Dam jeb they Altered 08s been a long time since I seen 1 onscreen I guess and sass vs any shaper ,windy ,hammer or any castor I'd use giullhams but I'm no pro ^^

Of course coa ber ber vs physical damage opponents. But im looking for an answer vs. casters. Whats better vs. CASTERS arreats or guilliaume's face? I heard so many people say guillaume's face but im not sure if its really better or not.

arreats or 20 fcr circ...i dont see any major advantage of gui vs casters...
4 leap levels less, less ar, less resists, less style...

Extra damage ^^ but I always go for more damage , and vs castors you don't need huge ar so as long as you have max res without arreats and use arach or trang gloves just chase and kill as qiuck as you can ,I'd use arac belt and keep dracs for ow

extra damage? maybe if cb hits in and will be maybe noticable only on winders...only where i see its usefullness is on 1 hiters (charge, zerk)

cb cuts 1/10 in pvp and it is halfed again with 50 % dr, not to mentioned es, bone armor...

guili 15 % ds --> gain only 10 % (standard set up hl+gores)
35 % cb (read above)
0 resists
0 skills (less ar, direct damage (ww+mastery), natural, bo, zerk lvl, leap lvl...)
0 % ar
5 less str
0 dex
0 style

and some casters requires 65 % fcr...

Never heard recommendations for guillaume's - cb's effects are reduced significantly in pvp, and as you'd still need multiple sources since cb has a percentage. Above folks have already mentioned "standard" helms.
