Questions for S7 pvp gurus

No idea if anyone will even feel like answering some questions, but here goes.

Came back recently, saw that we are now in season seven and that my old account is non-ladder. I have no interest in non-ladder, but I also don't have the time to play as much as I did last season, so I won't be able to gear a godly pvp character.

My question is thus:
Which class/classes are viable builds for pvp and don't cost an arm and a leg to be effective?

I realize people with top end gear will always have an advantage, but are there any classes/builds that are still decent on a budget? I won't be building an enigma this season etc.

Any help or thoughts are as always much appreciated.

Tal sorc , griss foh , and trang necs can all kill in pubs there will be chars you can't kill with these biulds but what char can not die ? I don't mind dieing in pubs ( I played full synergie chargers for nearly 2 years ) always prefer fun chars
