I didn't read through the entire thread so it might have been posted before but I'm currently rereading the Earth's Children series by Jean M. Auel.

This year, on March 29, a new and final book in the series will be published so I thought it would be worth mentioning for those who are into it.

I am a library - more or less - and I don't post links to books because I don't post at work.

I'm currently reading Percy Jackson and the Olympians part 3!

They read like you're reading an action movie. And they're funny, and easy to read.
The movie they made of it was a load of utter ****e, never seen a movie wander so far off the original story. It wasn't even the same story!

    Reminds me of Starship Troopers

The one Flashman series they made was inDecent.
    and rightly So.

In the Books it was less PC, Read the Footnotes.

But stuck to the story pretty much.
(a send-up of The Prisoner of Zenda)

Nurman, do yourself a favor and make sure to read the whole saga. It's worth it!

Currently reading The Fractured Sky by Thomas M. Reid, which is part of his Empyrean Odyssey series. A pretty good read if you are into Forgotten Realms lore like I am.
