Glitch MF question

Alright we all know what glitch MF is.. when you dont have the quest and kill boss. My experience has been when I have MF on the drops are almost always better than without.. but what can one person's experience prove?

So i was in a game where 3 people swore that MF affects your glitch drops negatively, yet they gave me no reason. So i've been looking but i can't find anywhere on this site or through google explaining if MF on a glitch boss kill is good or bad.

Does anyone have info and facts about this? please tell.

it increases chances of sets and uniques but doesnt increase chances of rares(cause always rare or higher anyway)so doesnt help

Without MF you'll likely get all rares, not very good ones, but mostly rares.

Add more MF and you'll start seeing more failed set (blue items, often exceptional, with double durability) and failed uniques (exceptional rares with tripple durability).
