ahh, but diet is not in my vocabulary.like, im fine with eating less and healthier and exercising. Leo does not do good with numbers and calcumalations, so that's what i do and stick with it.... or did when i was heavier.
yeah, it really does. sometimes, guys don't help it either.
EVERYONE HUG MIKACHU!!

LOL!! yeah, Krem showed that to me recently. man.... people.
Group hugs!
xD
But yeah I see this girls conversation on fb underneath a picture;
*Oh wow ___ you're SO pretty*
*no i'm not I'm ugly*
*No I'm ugly, you aren't!*
etc etc
Feel the urge to comment that both of them are ugly. -_- If you don't like your picture of you, upload one of a kettle or something.
I wouldn't even call it dieting really. It doesn't matter where the calories come from, it could be gummy bears or carrots. As long as you've only eaten 2000 calories at the end of the day you're good. Obviously 2000 isn't going to work for everyone, as we are all different heights, weights, ages, and genders...I'm just using it as an example.
If what you did worked for you that's awesome, I just don't like when people make excuses.
True dat. I lost 50 lbs in under 2 months by starvation*; it's quite unhealthy but you can survive off pickles, salsa, and other low-calorie condiments.
*The "why" is that like some weightlifters I regularly wound up on the Army's "Fat Boy" program, and didn't have access to an immersion tank for a specific mandatory weigh-in. For some qualifications they don't let you use BMI calculation... or common sense.
Sounds like the beginning of some cheap pr0n.
LOL @ both of you!!! "Yeah, now rub her back. Too fast, too fast. There you go, nice and tender. Yeah, that's nice."

kettle sounds funny.i saw a picture the other day relating to a kettle. it was a convo between a black kettle and a black cauldron and the kettle was pissed, saying, "What did you call me?"
eh, i didn't lose any weight and yeah, i probably could have tried harder, but... i didn't have time to work out and i walked all around my old campus, worked five days a week and was on my feet.... im not that big anymore, so i think i'll be ok.
I'm WAY too fat right now and have been near starving myself to get back my old, boyish figure of high school days. The way I am now...ech. Can't see all of my ribs, my shoulder blades don't stick out as much, etc. 900 calories a day, currently, but that isn't enough yet. I might have to go down to a mere 700 to get my look back by Halloween. :(
You are aware, of course, that starvation WILL change your baseline caloric needs, right? You might go from needing 2500 to 1500 due to your body attempting to combat starvation. I'm pretty sure it's not a good idea to drop below 1200 calories. Besides, 1-2 lbs a week is the most you should lose, if you want to stay healthy.
Personally, I'd rather be muscular fat than skinny fat.
Tis like a cheap pr0n,
all talk and no action.
