Need help/ideas for a special zealer

Hi dear all,

I found a nice rare sword and decided to make a zealer with it. No uniques, no runewords, no set items. In other words no items that you can find on the arreats summit site . Rares Blues and crafts are allowed. What mods should I look for in each item? About charms I think that I`ll fill my invent with max/ar/life charms and maybe some life/res if I need res. The damage ar and resists are all mods I know are important for now. I`ll need just 5% ias for max zeal if I use lvl20 fana.
I plan to put a 40ed/15max in this weapon or closest i can find to this.
I have no idea what mods to look in all other items mostly shield and armor.

Any ideas and suggestions are welcomed.

12 durability, 1 in 33sec repair.. i'm a bit skeptical on whether it can hold up for zeal..

nonetheless, look for crafted items to replace certain mods only available to uniques/sets..

for melee;
helm: ds
gloves: cb
belt:ow
get a decent high block/resists pally shield (pray anya rewards you with such)

resists and fhr could be found on rares/crafts/magics, so make sure to hit decent bps.

Hm. I`ll test if the repair can keep with the dura. Thanks for the mods from craft items. But what are the main mods I must look for?

Craft a blood glove hoping to get ias, 10% crushing blow, str/dex, resist
Shield look for deflection, resist all, and +Pala skills, dmg goes to mana, sockets, fhr
Boots for tri resist, frw, str/dex
Belts: fhr, str, open wound + life leech (blood craft)
Armor: enhanced def, fhr, life, sockets, resist, str/dex
headgear: enhanced dmg, frw, socket, +Pala skills, resist, str/dex, Visionary, life/mana leech
Ammy: +skills, stat, resist, dmg goes to mana, life, life/mana leech
Rings: str/dex, life/mana leech, half freeze duration

Hmmm, are normal socketed items allowed (like socketing a ber in a weapon for some CB)? Maybe you should look into a max damage build considering that it will be hard getting high CB, OW, or a chance to cast any decent skills with these limitations. Think max damage jewels in armour, helm and weapon to get you high damage, which will get you good leech too (as there are no other options to keep your health/mana up without runewords). A good pally shield with Pdiamonds should get you decent resists, and gloves, rings, ammy and boots can be crafted for some minor OW, CB and the likes...

It seems I`ll need more craft stuff then I thought. For now I also found a nice rare gloves. 20ias 14str 15dex 14cres. They do not have the CB but still they look godly to me.
I never played such char before. Do I need ll and ml? Or I should aim for more stats str/dex/life?

Make sure you pack crushing blow somewhere for any zeal build and a lifetap wand........

Seriously though 12 dura.... I am not sure how long can it hold up with pretty intense zealing.
