Updated the tables to list the items in alphabetical order (double-checking in the case of screenshots). Also updating the "how to post" section to indicate that we should all list this way from now on to ensure that the +x others always relates to the same other items.

I also added a small "how-to" to the "Update Guidelines" section for those unsure on updating the tables, as well as turning it into a numbered list, rather than a paragraph.
