Straight out what sorc build would be good for the tal rashas set?

IMO it wasn't designed with any particular build in mind. The only difference between bonuses is the -15% enemy fire/light resist and +15% cold damage; assuming you didn't have any masteries whatsoever then it might be superior for fire & light when facing immunes, whereas the + cold damage still wouldn't hurt them... Correct me if I'm wrong.
Ive done both Fireball/Orb Tal and the pure Lightning w/Infi merc. Both are good.
KremBanan is actually an anti-gentleman. He repels chivalry like an opposing polarity.
Orbitaller or Meteorb are both good.
Tals is best suited for any dual-element sorc build....pure blizz, pure lightning are better served with a more exotic equip gearout
I use a CL/FO build with full tal's. It works very well for me, even in full games. Most dual-element builds will really shine with tal's.
