Found Cham to accompany my recent Zod drop. This time from Bloody Foothills.

I got my first ever high rune drop. Welll, quite high. It wasn't a Zod.

My character has had rubbish luck with runes (lvl 74 nothing better than a lem) and that lem had been used in a lovely "wealth" sharktooth armor (The Ko for that runeword has an interesting story. I looked on the wiki, and saw Ko was one of the highest runes that can drop in act3 nightmare. I thought, well, meh, I have never made a runeword before, and with my luck I'll probably never see a Ko, ever. Three runs in it dropped.)

Anyway, I found a rune higher than Ko today. It was also higher than Lem, my best I'd had ever, also in the "Wealth". I was doing Akara's quest in the den of evil, hell difficulty, already had an ort to show for the trip. Killed a zombie and picked up a three-letter word, beginning with O, followed by "rune". Without looking I picked it up and then was shocked to find it was an Ohm.

That's pretty high, isn't it? Still yet to see a pul or higher, and my nm forge was a hel. d'oh.

Gratz on the Zod. Erik probably will never make it to act5.

Uhh, Ohm is quite a bit higher than a pul lol

not as good as some of those runes, but I picked up my first torch today from my first solo ubers run and lucked out with a 10/17 pally torch

Loving the City of the Damned. In the past week it's yielded me an Ist, a Jah, and a 19/13 Griffon's.

Oh man, I decided to spend some time farming pindle tonight, and on my first run, he drops a Jah, my first hr ever. Pindle I love you! Now if I ever get a Ber, I can make Enigma. Hurrah!

So I had a Jah from selling a sup Sacred Armor from around 2 months ago, and never got a ber so I haven't used it. I traded it today for a bunch of ists so I can use it for more items, and then went back to running council with my barb. Two runs in, a Jah drops.

Not only is it my highest rune find (found a Lo in a public chaos game early in the ladder), but it was literally within 5 minutes of trading away my other Jah. Awesome.
