Are you sure it wasn't from one of the minion in the CS? Diablo himself can't drop it.

I know dia cant drop it, but its shorter then saying that a random unique pack of monster in the CS dropped it!

Im selling it right now on the european forum. Leading bid is 7 ists atm.
