You mean that the Russians had missiles there anyway? However, the US kept their missiles in Turkey as well IIRC and removing them from there was a part of the arrangement... but I admit that I'm not really well informed about it.

Well, the short story is that Cuba has lots of "FROG" and "SCUD" missiles, and they keep them in caves - pointed at Florida.

Still, let's discuss happier ways to weaponize, shall we?
