Giveaway from Theleet, Fally and Sky

Hi all,

While Theleet is retiring from the current ladder season, I got a lot of nice stuff from him (thanks again mate!). Some of the items I will pass on to our ETF community.

While at it, I added some stuff as well, and so did Fally. So we ended up with a collected giveaway from Theleet, Fally and Sky.

Common rules for participation, so a forum rating of 5+ or at least a 1 year membership on ETF is required. This give will be like Zumy’s and Krupa's give, so make a list like this:
