Ormus' robes arent really worth anything unless its 15% to whatever element it adds +3 to, then it also has to be a commonly used end game spell. Like fireball, lightning, blizzard,orb etc.

I vastly underpriced my own perfect 15/15/15 fireball ormus ad traded it for just 5 hrs. Ive been offered 13+ for it in items.
