wow just looked at patch notes

Sorceress

-Firewall - Synergy receives 1% damage per point of Inferno and Blaze and 4% per point of Warmth.
-Blaze - Synergy receives 2% damage per point of Firewall and 4% per point of Warmth.
-Hydra - Increased base damage by 15% per rank.
-Hydra - Increased base speed of Hydra projectile.
-Hydra - Reduced cooldown by 25%.
-Lightning Mastery - Reduced overall effect by 15%.

they seem to like fire sorcs^^

with these changes iam def makeing a hydrasorc as first chara come reset

so what you guys think? the patch notes change any of your plans for 1st chara after reset?

I already liked hydra and it looks like it got a good boost. I'm hoping the inferno (and arctic blast) bug was squashed. I'd like to make an inferno sorceress.

25% reduced cooldown +increased damage +faster projectiles means a huge increase in damage. A hydra sorc should be very nice for taking down bosses safely.

ya and i would have though boosting the speed of projectile and reduceing its cooldown would have been enought its damage is great as it is but now i think it might abit much...

but i like hydra so ya^^

I dunno for your guys, but on my skill tab, instead of:

firewall / ES sorc should be an interesting build now. max warmth/firewall/firemastery/telekinesis/energy shield.

hydra's bolts not that faster, and you can make 8 hydras now ( 25% coold down? roflmao more like 50% )

dmg on hydras got silly. fully synergised 1k+, how nice is that? lighting got abused, does lower dmg, so no no to CB when its maxed does around 100 dmg ( really, wtf? )

and currently i am trying orb + hydra. pretty awesome atm. hydra dmg: 800 orb: 500-600 ( fully synergised orb and not fully hydra )
