WTB: Poor mans Death's Web

Looking for a poor mans Death Web wand for my necro, just installed after Blizzcon and I have to say I've got the bug to play!

Not very rich, but do have a few runes available for trade, and some uniques. So I'm looking for a poor Death Web that most players probably wouldn't consider using.

Have multiple Ums and other runes around that mid to mid high area.
