I didn't say there wasn't a difference; where did you get that from? You are saying there is a difference, and I'm asking you what it is. You are saying that he should not be let out, and I'm asking you why. It's not my burden to answer the converse of my question.

Why would I ask him? It was you who said that it would be "better" or "a lesser sentence" if he is allowed to die in his home country. It's fine if you can't justify your assertion, but it's not fine to say there is a good reason and then refuse to give it.
