Sometimes I have to click 4 or 5 timeson a monster to actually hit them.
Here are my stats
Should I put more points in dex or something?

You can generally get better returns by stacking AR on items/charms than by putting points in to Dex. My opinion, at least.
Get an angelic combo: Cheap. Gives you nice +life and very nice ar...
Just in case you don't know, that's Angelic Halo and Angelic Wings from this set. It also gives you a +10 dex bonus which translates to 50 more AR.
BTW:
My new paladin seems to have the same problem now and then. I don't think it's an AR problem. Sometimes he will miss 4 times in a row. I think it's to do with range, using a Crystal Sword (range 2) I don't experience it as much. But i'm not sure. Sounds familiar to anyone?
It does sound familiar, xen. There are some weird range bugs where your character thinks he can hit but can't. To fix, reposition yourself (ideally closer!), and try again.
You can also just get little unlucky streaks where that 5% chance to miss hits 4 times in a row. Improbable, but definitely possible.
Zeal and Fury have that problem.
Are you shift Furying? If so try simply clicking on them with Fury and see if you hit more often with that.
He seems to have a very decent AR if that is normal mode act 2. As you mentioned, their are weird bugs which require annoying repositioning. The worst is Dragon Talon of the assassin. Horrible bug. Same problem and she had 25k AR, and then I stacked up on AR charms and equipment to get 32K ... Went against the Ubers in Tristram. I had 76% chance to hit them, which is 38% chance to hit them because of their block. One series of kicks ... two series of kicks .... three series of kicks .... up to eight series of kicks and mad potion spamming .... move around and finally hit them again twice .... and then nothing again. Rinse and repeat. Always have to reposition, you can try a 100 kicks they wont land. Didnt seem like 38% chance to hit to me .... more like a constant 5%.
Zeal and Fury dont have these problems IMO, I havent experienced them personally.
I have the same problem as the thread's starter.
Coincidentally, I also just started a Werewolf, and he's also lvl 18 o_0.
I'm glad to hear that it's not just me and that the game can be a little buggy. It can be quite frustrating though, when you don't kill stuff at the desired speed :[.
As long as I'm here, I'd like to ask a couple of questions. :P
First, I have just 1 point in Feral Rage, but whenever I'm attacking, I don't notice any lifeleech at all. I considered the possibility that I'm just lvl 18 and that 12% lifeleech wouldn't be noticeable, but surely there would be at least a sliver of healthgain as opposed to the unchanging lifebar which I have? :S I'm positive that I'm not losing life as well as gaining it because I've tested this on slow-attacking monsters where I get several hits in without getting hit back myself.
Second, whenever I change back and forth from Werewolf mode to Druid mode, my damage as indicated in the character screen doesn't change. I don't think that it shows how much damage I do when in Werewolf form - is there any way to see?
Thanks, guys :]
(1) Life leech is calculated as follows:
Part 1: Damage you deal x monster's physical resist = Final actual damage dealt.
Part 2: Multiply by the Percentage of life leech (Life leech from items is capped at 25%, but Feral Rage and Cobra Strike and Hunger go above that. Not sure if theyre additive though).
Part 3: Multiply by penalty (only NM and Hell, 0.5 and 0.33 respectively)
Part 4: Multiply by Monster's drain effectiveness (listed in Arreat Summit, 0 = no drain, for example skeletons, 100 = full drain) Essentially a 0 drain effectiveness makes all calculations useless.
So it might not seem like you're leeching, but you most probably are, its just that its a REALLY small amount at this point in time and it also varies with monster type.
Note: Life Tap curse is different. It will ALWAYS return 50% of damage dealt, and is not effected by monster's drain effectiveness (thats why it works on Mephisto and skellies). AFAIK its also not effected by the NM/Hell penalty and physical resist. Thats why its always such a huge noticeable increase, because its basically damage dealt x half.
(2) Werewolf form alone doesnt add extra damage, it adds AR and attack speed. Its Feral Rage and Fury etc that add damage. You dont have Fury yet and Feral Rage adds a very small of damage bonus modifier.
(3) If you still experience problems with To Hit, try increase your AR through equipment and charms or look for weapons with 'Ignore Target Defense" mod. Also, you can socket weapons with Eld runes to lower enemies' defense making them easier to hit.
