    Just checked "Swastikas and Tinsel: How the Nazis Stole Christmas" and apparently they made a lot of changes and Pagen (Wagner) was preferred apparently.

    Still someones got to have a Julleuchter ("Yule lantern"), a kind of ornate Germanic candlestick, made at Dachau concentration camp.
