i spent today remaking my furytrapper
i went c/c and pvm didnt change much, but ive found that most sorcs and necros fall due to the super blocking abuility.
FoH only if i sorb.
barbs never, pallies never, druids rarly, zons is pretty even, melee is hardest.
back when this topic was first broached, i started a SP HC character (untwinked ofc) based upon blade fury. she's now 46, done with normal easily and barely started in to nightmare. she's been in a holding pattern for months now... i sense a wall approaching that, untwinked, she may not be able to climb with me at the controls.
has anyone else taken this info into the untwinked world? what have you found to have helped the most. i believe that a strong shadow may be key to completing nm and moving on into hell (where an even bigger wall awaits).
what specificly is this wall, the bf sin i was refering to i played thrugh untwinked, then beefed her out for effective running after 100% of quests were done.
durrial was an ***, his hf slowed me to the point i couldnt do dmg to him quick enugh and he just slowed me to much to repossition affecively. i just ran andy untill my fingers bled, gaind like 8 lvls got a better merc and rocked him,
whats the differance? other than gear change?
and melee is hard to even touch let alone kill, zons are easy, you can lay Bs fields and mb them in place. zons are a sinch. pallies and barbs however run/charge/ww right to you and stop any attack your trying to pull, plus Bs doesnt affect them in the slightest
