Cresent Moon Weapon

I making a Dreamer stricktly focus on light damage. And now its time
for weapon. I thinking about Cresent Moon, is it best to make in Phase Blade or should i go with berserker axe for higher phys damage.

Can i reach the next highest speed (5 fps / s) with zerker axe or should i go with phase.

Phase blade, since you are focused on Lightning dmg.
Use the equipment slots that would have gone to IAS gear to boost your Lightning damage or improve the build in other ways.

And presume i need 60 ias to hit the next last bp or is it at 60% with phase.

You need 72% total IAS to hit 4fpa using a phase blade. You need 63% total IAS to hit 5fpa with a berserker. You can get these numbers using this calculator. Just select the proper weapons/skills and click "Show IAS/FPA Table".

Crescent Moon is a good weapon: the -35% res allows you to deal with broken immune monsters a bit more efficiently and the Static Field is incredibly awesome. But from my experience, Grief is a superior (if not particularly creative) choice for a Dreamer. The massive physical damage will tear LIs to ribbons, while your Shock deals with everything else. I've found that I 1-2 hit almost every monster in Hell mode using this setup, and it's fully capable of hunting down ubers.

yes, many recommed grief. Maybe a low one isnīt that hard to get..
