Summoners are VERY good at PvP...but the fishy build, if I recall correctly, called for max CE. Those points are completely wasted PvP'ing. You'd be better building a new necro specifically for PvP...or with both PvP and PvM in mind (avoiding wasting points in skills that won't work in one or the other).

Also, summon necs are generally considered bm. Most people won't want to duel you...and (if they do duel you) will complain after you rape them.

PvP/m Summoner Guide. It's not a perfect guide (I'd consider massive FCR for fast Teleports to be essential) but it paints the picture.

However, it's worth noting that virtually everything needed for a necro summoner PvP build is considered bad-mannered in almost all dueling circles. If you pull this kind of crap, expect to get cussed out in the chat window.

I wouldnt go as far to say they are bm but a lot of people do not like them. Summoner is fun in pvp but skills such as leap, lifetap, terror, howl will make winning all the time difficult. And when you lose, be prepared to obviously resummon your whole army again.
