Iīm making spirit in a shield so I need thul and a 4sox shield for my sorc. Since I just started I havenīt got any runes yet so I can only offer pgems.

4 sox monarch is about lem (or more depending on def)
at least afaik
they used to be pul (I sold a lot for pul)

you'd only need to larzuk the shield yourself then.
