FanZealot - Where to improve build?

I have a quite solid setup, but I'm almost past the PvM part and will probably start to focus more on building up my equipment for PvP. Could you more experienced PvP:ers give some advice where I should switch my equipment?

I might be ubering a bit as well and I'm not looking for something that is the best PvP gear but rather something generally solid for both PvP and Ubering.

Setup:

Guillame's (Um´ed)
Oath Eth Small Crescent
Exile 1200+ def 16 aura 42 res (traded half my net worth for it

)
Enigma (I know, I just love the teleport)
Thundergods
Dwarfstar
Ravenfrost
Highlords (Looking for a Metalgrid...have never even seen one.)
Goreriders

2nd Weapon Setup

Spirit Sacred Targe
Passion Cryptic Sword for the OK's.

Also have an Astreons, but was only using with the Spirit for increasing the HS level. Maybe not too useful?

Merc Setup (Act II Cold)

Reaper's
Stone Eth Armor 4000+ def
Guillame's

Can post more info later, but is it possible to see some things already that could stand improvement?
Using Reaper's only because I traded the infinity I had on him. Really liked the conviction aura, but is there some better choice for a FanZealot Act II Merc?
