[ESCL] ISO 4os War Scepters

I actually need 3 of these, for a few friends. The staffmods on the scepters do not matter, in fact we'd rather have them with no staffmods. We have a few things for trade. Just see if you like any of them & if you want something not on the list; feel free to ask.
