I looked up this shield and is a low end exceptional shield, but has high resist that increases its value. I paid a mal for a 3os 203def 38 resist vortex shield so based off that would a pul rune work? LMK

By the way the defense is about 120ish?? never asked before.

well, I already have the full Tal set up for offer that no one seems interested in, but I suppose this is an opening offer. I will keep it going for 24 hours to see if anyone else is interested in counter-offering (i.e. blewstar)...
