hold it in your hand.

or alternatively flush it just before you drop it. so it drops into settled water. then quick wipe and arrange the paper around it in a lily formation

there's also the thunder and lightning trick. when someone is in a cubicle with an open gap above the door you do the following

1. switch the lights on/off rapidly
2. if u have 2 people do this same time as 1, strike the sides of said cubicle with some form of metal sheeting to make thundery noises
3. throw a bucket of water over the top of the door

cos we all know when thunder and lightning come rain is not far behind. once people know this trick they will bolt out of the toilet with their pants down to try and not get soaked.

or the old surprise kick to the spine to someone doing their stuff at a urinal. not only do they get kicked. they also pee on themselves and get other peoples pee on them too.
