I do too but that is because I decided to get my lazy *** back on the bike while towing a 3year old uphill. Too much slacking this summer time to get back in shape.

Is amazing how much difficulty a 3 year old can add to bike riding.

You're doing it wrong, the 3 year old is supposed to be towing you
