I suck heads too ^__^. They're super high in calories though - that stuff would be good for us back when we were primitive man and had trouble getting the right nutrition, but now that we can do so easily, sucking the heads of those things is a little bit of a guilty pleasure, but it's soooooo good!
Crawfish is amazing, too! AAaargh, here I am thinking about seafood again >_<.
Indeed. I make fresh, homemade ricotta pretty frequently. It's wonderful as an appetizer, served in a bowl topped with black pepper, olive oil, and sea salt, to be spread on toasted baguette slices. Yum. In fact, I'm planning on making a batch this weekend.
Sounds really good, gieb recipe?

Another Aussie . The central market here in SA is pretty good, but we also have something called the "fish factory" that has lots of awesome seafood.
