I have always started with the amazon/ranged type classes in all arpg's. I think this time around I will go with the barb.

Normally I would have started out with a ranged type too. The DH or Wizard. But after playing all of them through the beta I enjoy the Monk way more then the others. Mind you, I haven't really read about their endgame skills and so on. Just played them through the beta.
