[L] ISO:vex FT: ums and puls

Pretty self explanatory, i need vex and have a bunch of ums and puls. tell me how many you want, the lower the better. fell free to outdo yourselves on how low youre willing to go...

EDIT: I wasn't planning on going higher than 3 ums and 4 puls, and ive heard others on this forum value a hr at 4 ums, so i dont think im lowballing here. If you disagree, feel free to discuss; I could use the bumps...
