The Fury Druid

As I plot my return, I think of what my return character shall be.

I can do my usual trapper, which is always fun...but like I said its my usual.

I could do a windy druid...which could be fun, I have untwinked one before...

But what I really want to do, and have always loved in .09...is the fury druid.

Good idea? Its been years, I dont really remember much, and I dont know how well it would do with no gear in HC.

Maybe I could bum a jalas and ribcracker off someone and it would make it a little better.

Jalal's and a Ribby will go a long way. I personally aimed for all Vita on my Fury Druid, and it was actually easy enough to get away with. Throw in Lionheart as the armor, Raven for a ring, and then you are pretty much good to go.

The only problem with a Fury Druid to me, is you're lack of IM solution, especially untwinked if you go that way. You could go the Fury/Summons route, with 20 Dire & Bear, but even then, with your lack of plus skills, it will go slow.

With no gear though, it can be tricky, with any luck you can get a few basics. However, even with average gear, you can still get good life. 65 Str, rest in Vita should work. You can go base dex with Ribby, and use HoW, Raven, Angelics, or any AR charms you find to make AR up.

Hunger works against IM, use a low phys damage weapon with good elemental poop, some crushing blow and open wounds and you are good to go. Go with minions, but pump them up last. Low rune-words and crafts will get you by early.
