Anya, Cows w/o MF%, etc. Or trading. They'll be a bit hard to self mf.

Just run Anya because you can refresh her quickly and she tends to sell more Greater Talons. Asheara in act three is better in one way since she stocks the greatest number of the faster claws (greater talons and greater claws) but she takes far too long to run.
