ISO budget uber runner build

I asked a similar question over on the barb forum re a budget frenzy build, also seeking input from the Assassin crowd.

Looking to create a cheapish uber running character thats not a smiter. Several seasons ago I did some uber runs with a Summon Necro so looking for something different to that this time around,

So far I'm considering either a kicksin (warrior monk) or frenzy barb. Would appreciate any opinions/advice regarding running the ubers without high end runewords like last wish. Have several puls but no HR's so looking to gear one up quite cheaply.

The kicksin can be made quite cheap, as long as your res is up, you have good cb(guil/gores), a fast weapon(black flail/stormlash/fleshripper), life tap(dracs/wand), you can prebuff fade up and get some charms for your res your pretty much set. I've never used a frenzy barb but I've made a cheap kicksin for ubers and its quite fun and quite easy.

For just key running, a kicker with some Death Sentry would work well. IDk about a T-Tailer, but one sort of like a warrior monk would work. Since they don't have to have insane res, or anything, you can use basic gear for a runner.

I'm not sure how fast a frenzy barb would handle the run (i'm sure it's fast :P ) but crowds can be troublesome, so without tele, a kicker + traps is good.

to be honest if you want to run ubers with a budget you're pretty much restricted to a smiter unless you get some outside help from some hammerdins. my 'sin is decently equipped but i wouldn't try to take on the ubers if none of my friends were online.

Solo ubers are possible on a lowish budget kicker. (Smiter can do it easier, and cheaper)

I solo'd ubers at level 86 with the following gear:

lionheart
tgods
uppd gores
drac's
cat's eye
dual leech
ravenfrost
wizspike(shl)
stormshield

charms - anni,lifers,res

Your call as to whether you consider this low budget, but all totaled is far less than your mentioned last wish.
